To open a Private Account it is necessary to perform the authentication and identity confirmation procedure, called KYC, which allows you to verify your data directly through the registration link, by loading: Scan or photo of your Passport or Identity Card, Selfie with ID: 1 if passport, 2 if C.I. Front and Back, Proof of residence (for example a bill). The document must not exceed 90 days from the date of issue. You can also upload a bank statement, as long as it is not a credit/debit card (N26, Hype, Postepay Evolution). Or, any official communication from your bank (such as a contractual change). All documents must be in colour, perfectly legible, in jpg or pdf.
What are the minimum requirements for opening a Nexyiu Account?
In order to open your Account, you must become a user of the Nexyiu Community, with legal residence in a European country. For this, you need to go through the registration procedure and identity verification as required by anti-money laundering and anti-trust regulations.
What do I need to open a Private Account?
To open a Private Account you will be asked to enter your details, verify your email and mobile phone number and upload some documents. You can follow the procedure via the registration link, from your pc or smartphone.
Do the Bank Account references have to match the data in my Nexyiu account?
Yes. It is paramount that the details of the account holder match those in your Nexyiu account (for both collaborators and clients) in order to guarantee you all the benefits of the loyalty program (points, credits and discounts).
How quickly will my Private Account be active?
You will receive an email confirming your registration within 24 hours of the completion of the procedure. In the next 72 hours, if the uploaded documents will be corrected, you will receive 3 more emails: the first contains your data, IBAN code and BIC/SWIFT. The second contains the link to execute the choice of password. Once the link has been clicked, the procedure must be completed within 10 minutes. The third contains the payment confirmation code that must be saved and stored in a safe place.

How quickly will my Private Account be active?

How can I apply for a Nexyiu Card?
Once you have completed the account opening procedure (be it private or corporate), you can request the activation of the associated card directly from your personal profile.
How quickly is the Nexyiu Card issued?
The card is issued and delivered within 20 to 60 days.
On which payment circuits can I use the Nexyiu Card?
The Nexyiu Card is enabled for the Mastercard circuit. You can also use it digitally by entering the data in either the GPay or ApplePay wallet.
What data must I use to access my account?
You can access your account by connecting to the Nexyiu App, either from your PC or smartphone, using the credentials you defined during the registration process.
Where can I access my account?
You can access your account from the "Sign In" section of the web page, either from your PC or smartphone. You can create a direct access icon on your smartphone's home screen by selecting "Add to Home Screen" from the browser menu. Each time you log in, you will be required to enter the credentials you defined during registration as well as the validation code that will be sent to you by text message.

What is the KYC procedure?
KYC ("Know Your Customer") is a necessary and indispensable financial due diligence activity in contractual relationships involving financial transactions. When applying for their Nexyiu Card, each member of the community must comply with the KYC procedure by submitting to the company a digital photograph of a valid identity document and a "proof of residence": the indispensable proof of actual residence, i.e. a copy of the certificate of residence or a bill from any energy/phone utility.
How is the account’s protection guaranteed?
Fraud prevention is ensured by compliance with all the standards and security measures required to use the Services (OTP code, PIN). Connection data, IP address and the value of cookies associated with the device are also monitored in order to create a browsing profile and control the operations carried out by the device.
What’s the Confirmation Code for?
The code will be sent to you with the fourth and last mail from the completion of the registration process and will be used to confirm all the operations of inbound payment on exit. In case of loss should contact Support from your Home Banking.
